My Goodie's are designed with ingredient selected with breastfeeding mums in mind. The main ingredients are Brewers yeast, flaxseed & oats which are all galactagogues which are a food that may help to increase yout breast milk supply. They are family friendly, and anyone and everyone can enjoy them. I have sourced certified organic ingredients to provide ingredients of the highest quality.
Just about all of my baked goods come DAIRY FREE i use coconut oil, not butter.
I understand first hand that most new mother's barely have time to have a bite to eat, let alone cook something yummy for themselves. My goodies provide an easy, healthy and convenient snack that doesn't require any preparation if you choose pre made.
