Refunds and Returns Policy

I do not accept refunds and returns. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before buying. You shall have read what ingredients are contained in my products. You shall have read all information provided on the website about the products available.

You shall have read our storage and consumption instructions on how to keep and look after your goodies. Due to the nature of my products my policy does not cover refunds or returns so please make sure you are happy with your purchase first.

Kitchen

I bake once a week on a Monday from a registered commercial kitchen. Any orders made after 6am on Monday's will be baked the following monday.

Shipping

We send orders out on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays weekly by Australia Post mail service. You are liable for all postage charges. We hold no responsibility for orders not insured or registered and get lost in the mail. Express and Insurance and registering is optional.

Faulty Products

Like any company we do get some faults out of the 1000’s of accessories i recieve. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please let us know within 2 weeks of the purchase date, otherwise we will not liable to offer a replacement or repair. Please email reneesgoodies26@outlook.com with details of the fault, a photo and your order name or number
